We are going to journey into the land of the unproven, the speculated upon, the scarcely tested, the newly anecdotal here, at least from the readers perspective. You won't be able to find a lot of folks out there detailing similar personal experments. Nor will you find recommendations similar to my detailed personal experiences. For those of you not too keen on such things, turn back now. The rest of you: follow me.
This stuff isn't actually radical or dangerous, it's good common sense from a naturally synthetic mind. I'm simply thinking pragmatically when I put these things together this way.
The coffee enema is a great wonder of the healing, wellness, and detoxification movements in our collected human experience. Late to the game myself, a convert turned zealot, let me expect that you already know how, why, how well, and for what a coffee enema is good for.
I will only state it briefly: coffee enemas, unlike anything we know of, stimulate natural reduced glutathione s-transferase production. Glutathione is your body's natural anti oxidant, and detoxifier. Coffee enemas support clean intestines, clear them of debris, and organisms you don't want there. And coffee enemas stimulate bile production and flow.
We are going to walk through a daily routine leading up to a coffee enema. This routine is, perhaps somewhat limited, by being designed for my particular needs: heavy metal detoxification. Heavy metal poisoning is, for all intents and purposes, a perfect chronic health problem. And it's solutions are suitable for ameliorating/solving many other digestive, immunological, toxicicity, and cancer issues.
So let's proceed.
Going to bed at night I drink a coffee cup of Universal Mind Herbal and Roots Tonic (that is mainly Neem juice.) Then a couple hours later I drink down a concoction of Willard Water, Bentonite Colloid, and Psyllium Husks. Free radical nuetralizing, adsorbing, and intestine bulking combined.
Waking up in the morning we want to first hit the toilet. Then or absent that we want to immediately do a coffee enema which we maybe don't hold very long, and then a few minutes after that one we hold for 15 minutes. This cleans the intestines and colon out of debris, hopefully the psyllium does it's job too, and we are ready to eat. We want to fill the body with things that will help us eliminate.
Now maybe there are other better diets, I don't doubt that. You can read my article on the Superfood Smoothie for one recipe. A complete recipe. But let's just take the basic recipe for now. We want to add a lot of berries, we want coconut mana, Artisan is a good brand, we add a lot of chlorella tablets. And we blend that up.
We also want to take all our herbals and nutrients. I will just list those core to liver function, detoxification, and the methionine and glutathione cycles.
This isn't the graphic that I was exactly looking for, but it will do. Plus it knows a hell of a lot more than me. I'm just a dumb recipe geek pouring ingredients into a hopper. First I take 3G of MSM, that's disulfides, great for those with metal poisoning anyway, but also important for building the stuff we want. I take a liquid amino from twin labs. I take a b vitamin shot in the butt (vetrinary b vitamins you can buy on internet), I take my glutamine, creatine, cla, alpha lipoic acid, SAMe, selenomethithione, vitamin C. These all contribute something, I'm pretty sure, to the cycle of making Glutathione.
We want all that stuff in the body where it needs to be later to make glutathione when the enema is present to stimulate its production.
We also, according to Max Gersons method, want to gulp down plenty of papaya enzyme and a top shelf enzyme supplement such as Raw Enzymes - Men. This takes enormous strain off our body (from producing these complicated molecules) and helps us deal with metabolic backlogs.
Hours later, toward the end of the afternoon, our breakfast play should be fully underway and being used by our body.
We want to drink a water with some electrical properties. See the Super Water article for a good one. Silver colloid. Willard water. John Ellis water in a clean alkaline water.
Above you can see what a $1600 JE Water Machine looks like..It's especially good for ATP production as the hydrogen bonds to the molecule are weaker, and its cellular permeability is laboratory demonstrated to be vastly superior to tap water.
But you only need a few drops in your afternoon liter of water, it has a catalyzing effect, practice demonstrates. So buy a gallon on eBay and use that for a year.
Shake your mixture up using a motion to make a little tornado in there. Let it sit for a few minutes. Drink it down.
30 minutes after the water is down it should be getting out of the stomach, and it should be hitting the body where we can use it.
And then it's contour Ab Belt time. The CAB is a top tool for parastalsis (digestion), lymph flow, and kidney function as well as greatly stimulating ATP production. Assuming you took your Magnesium, Calcium, (hopefully very expensive versions that say chelates on the bottle), BioPlasma Cell Salts, and Coenzyme Q-10, (along with your Milk Thistle supplement in a huge dose which you should have taken with your morning liver cleanse and glutathione support supplements), the CAB will really blow up your ATP production, see the CAB article for the science behind the idea.
And ATP production along with glutathione are the two maybe most important things we can stimulate to heal.
It also will work to massage out cramps, which if you have metal poisoning you have each and every day (as your hanging on the inversion table will also remind you). We put the belt on low to impact the colon and lower intestine and we turn it up as high as we can, so the shock goes down our legs.
An hour later , when our ab belt cycle is done, we go to our enema mixture. In this case we will use coffee and add some neem powder and wheat grass powder to absorb and deal with the nastiness we let lose in our bowels with all those contractions on the CAB.
We add the neem powder right before we do the enema.
We also add the wheat grass right before we do the enema. Because we aren't sure what the longer effects of wheat grass and neem sitting in the coffee might be. Do they effect the palmatitic acid we are depending on being in the coffee? Are there other chemical reactions? We don't know.
We do our enema. Attempting to take in at least a quart. And we hope we can easily hold it, our guts worked up pretty well, Uncramped, opened up.
It usually is easy for me.
We have done the ab belt and likely released a lot of metals into our intestines from tissue. Likely because electricity also greatly effects metals, obviously, and likely because so does muscle contraction. We have our mornings chlorella on its way through the small intestines, there to absorb metal coming through the gut wall. That's why we ate the chlorella this morning. Chlorella is a magnificent natural chelator of toxic metals.
We have the neem and wheat grass and coffee to rinse out parasites, mucus, plaques, impacted fecal matter, any metals and poisons squeezed into the large intestine, and we are hoping that works.
We take our butt with a quart full of black green juice and we hang on the inversion table for 5. Get that stuff way back up in there. Then we walk it off or lay down with our legs crossed at the ankles, retaining that enema as long as we can, well, 15-25 minutes is best.
Then? I think you know. Out with it, enjoy a meal. If you're really on the war path, a few hours after that, enjoy your coffee mug of neem, and repeat.
Tell me how much better do you feel in five days? Looking forward to hearing.
While we are waiting we will take our clothes off and do a lymph brushing of our body. The brushes that look like this one have my favor. Follow the instructions that come with your brush.
Then we will do five minutes on the inversion table to get everything moving a little bit.
The lymph system in the gut is part of our target, the targeted our routine. And gravity inversion helps a lot. But a good walk is the best lymph stimulation out there increasing lymph flow 1000 times over sitting still.
In this case inversion helps us move that coffee through the descending colon and to the ascending colon under the liver. Inversion greatly improves the reach of the coffee and the acid stimulation of the liver blood vessels triggering bile release into the bowels. It also gives us a better chance of hitting and removing feces, mixing the coffee with the feces and thus better clearing of the bowels.
I would add to this routine the use of sauna and steam room. There are few methods of detoxification that have the hard science behind them like a dry sauna does. Really good science.
And after a good sauna you can add in the John Ellis, Willard Water and Bentonite or Zeolyte bath with some hydrogen peroxide. See the article called Kidney Bath.
I'm reporting these experiences as I observe them. I'm not a practiced expert. And I understand the content and organization could be improved, and summed, combined together. Someday we will do just that and build a guide to the best practices intuition, timing, experience and necessity deliver us to.
